1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on Flourishing the Early Years Association (the "Platform"), school administrators, teachers, parents, and students agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is an educational and early-childhood developmental ability monitoring ecosystem. It provides 6-dimension evaluation benchmarks (Cognitive, Physical, Linguistic, Social, Emotional, Creative), star quest activities, cognitive arcade games, and progress reporting. It is intended purely for educational mentorship and milestone tracking.

3. User Roles & Account Responsibilities

• School Accounts: Institutional administrators must ensure that only authorized faculty and enrolled students are provided credentials.
• Teacher Accounts: Educators agree to provide constructive, honest, and supportive pedagogical evaluations for student submissions.
• Parent Accounts: Parents agree to provide accurate baseline information for their children and maintain secure login credentials.
• Student Accounts: Learning accounts must be used solely for quizzes, learning games, and developmental quests.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & NGO Sponsorships

Our platform operates as a non-profit initiative with subsidized annual membership fees (Platform Maintenance + School Co-ordination). Subsidies and scholarships are extended to eligible rural and underprivileged schools under our foundation's educational outreach mandate. All fee payments are processed securely via certified gateways (Razorpay/UPI).

5. Intellectual Property

All question banks, cognitive quest mechanics, 6-dimension radar algorithms, star badges, certificates, graphics, and curriculum benchmarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Flourishing the Early Years Association. Reproduction without explicit written authorization is prohibited.
